The dealer provided incorrect information at closing regarding the title of the trade in vehicle. This costed me over $200 to obtain a new title as well as a few hours of my time. I was rather disappoin regarding the title of the trade in vehicle. This costed me over $200 to obtain a new title as well as a few hours of my time. I was rather disappointed. Though Mike was not directly involved in this issue. He stated that he knew it would be an issue after the fact. I was disappointed that no alternative options were presented and at the time was reassured that everything was good to go. More

But we found our Salesman to be very abrupt with other employees and sharp tone/unprofessional with us at times… would not recomm financial manager.
