Megan answered all my questions in a timely, courteous manner. She is the singular reason I pursued a vehicle with Prestige BMW as I had been speaking with 3 other BMW dealerships in Bergen / Morris County. Megan was proactive in accommodating my schedule and arranged for me to meet with Pedro Andrade. When I arrived Pedro was there to greet me and spend time understanding my needs. He, too, was very professional and courteous. Service is so important in this fast-paced environment, and both Megan and Pedro made my experience outstanding. I could have purchased a BMW from one of many dealers in the tri-state area; it was the attention to detail that made my deal flawless. I highly recommend Prestige BMW. More

Pedro, our sales manager was very helpful in not only getting us the best deal on the car but coordinating the financing and pickup of our new vehicle. Dwayne Wong was very helpful in teaching me the basics of the new vehicle and I look forward to an "encore" visit in 2 weeks. And our financial manager (Jim Cassella) was very helpful in getting together the right financing package that included an extended warranty an dother options...he did a great job. We are extremely happy we did. RIcardo, now in a management role, continued to provide the excellent service he did previously and he connected us with Pedro Andrade, sales, and James Porrazzo, finance, to complete the process on our 2017 BMW X5 lease. From start to finish all three made the process extremely easy and provided an overall outstanding experience. Their dedication to providing us with excellent service really stood out as lately it seems regardless of industry solid client service is a rare find. More

Outstanding Customer Service! I went back to Prestige because they made me an offer I couldn't refuse with my lease trade-in and they worked tirelessly to get me to where I needed I went back to Prestige because they made me an offer I couldn't refuse with my lease trade-in and they worked tirelessly to get me to where I needed to be. Their customer service is better than ever! I used to service my 328 i x-drive several years ago but followed a service rep to a new place. Although the new place was very good, I have to say that Prestige worked hard to get my business back. Dwayne Wong, the BDLC Genius, Rich Ortiz in Finance and of course Pedro Andrade who sold me my new 2016 320 i x-drive - without Pedro's magical number work, it wouldn't have happened - ALL of them showed EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Keep up the good work, Prestige, and you will have customers for life. I hope you are paying these people very well because they deserve it!!! More

Teamwork I came to the dealership with trepidation as I personally find most dealerships give me anxiety. I met Elvis in sales and was quite pleased with his knowledge and his demeanor. When I decided what I wanted to do after our first meeting I found that he was on vacation. I came to the dealership and worked with Pedro who assured me that Elvis would get credit for the sale. When it came time to actually come in and meet with finance I was met with both salesmen who treated me cordially and with teamwork. Finance is always stressful but Eric is terrific. I am driving a beautiful X1 and couldn't be happier. It's a great dealership with wonderful staff More
