Steve Henigan at Toyota of Des Moines

I've been working with Steve Henigan over email and phone for a couple of years. It took me a long time to finally decide to buy a new vehicle but when I was ready Steve did a superb job of providing me everything I needed. He also never pressured me to buy during all those years and always provided me with the information I asked for promptly and without a sales pitch! For me Steve was a perfect salesman-no pressure, trustworthy, prompt, and friendly. I have no previous relationship with Steve, I just felt he did an outstanding job and I highly recommend you him if you are looking to buy a Toyota. Another highlight of my purchase was the delivery. We were in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. The paperwork was ready and there was no high pressure sales for additional packages at that time. Then we spent as long as we desired going over the car with another gentleman who was very helpful, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He showed us all about the car and set up my bluetooth hands free phone and primary contacts before I even left. I could have done that but it was nice to have it done before I left the dealership. I'd recommend Toyota of Des Moines.

They found me the car I wanted and had it shipped to the dealership incredibly fast! My new car arrived in a little over a week, with a holiday and a snow storm during that time! The gentleman who showed me how to operate all the functions on my Prius was very thorough and I was happy to have the operational tour before I got out onto the road.

Used online chat to make initial contact. Met Steve Henigan who invited us to come in. He was prompt to meet us. Offered us drinks. We test drove two cars. He was very good about encouraging us to try the 4 cylinder to make sure we liked it...which we did not. Appreciated that advice. Took a while to get our price negeotiated, but purchase went quickly and smoothly. The man who walked us through the new Highlander was the best! Very efficient and got right to the things that are important. Arrived at 2:30 and drove away at 6. Not a bad new car day.

I started this process on carwoo. Steve Henigan proactively via emails provided me with information about Prius and competing brands I was considering. He stayed on the communications, was direct, clear and up front with his offer. The tutorial at the dealership and the deal were outstanding.

I appreciated Steve taking the time to work up some options for me ahead of my appointment so that we could narrow down my choices. He made it easy for me. He is very patient and accommodating when it comes to the test drives and related questions. He is knowledgeable of the vehicles and the comparisons to each other and past vehicles I have owned so that I could make an informed decision. I feel confident in my lease and know I will enjoy the car.

The service is great at Toyota of Des Moines. All the features of the car were explained to me before I drove out of the big garage, and I know I can use all them for a great experience.
