Steven Lee at Braman BMW Jupiter

I have decided to submit this review because I was extremely impressed with my experience at the dealership. Without ever being pushy my sales person Steve Lee explained the benefits of turning in my leased vehicle early and purchasing a new one. At the last minute even after the paperwork was signed and submitted, I changed my mind. Without even a hesitation I was able to choose another vehicle and redo the paperwork. They made me feel like they only cared about making their customer happy and I thank them for that. I will refer my colleagues to Steve and buy my next car from him.

Steven Lee is the best car salesperson that I have encountered since I have been buying cars during the last 40 years. He keeps working with you until you get what you need -price wise and quality wise. He is simply one of the best, period.

This is the second BMW that I have purchased from Braman and both my experiences were very good. Eddie was the first salesman and he was friendly and his follow-up after I purchased the car was awesome. Even called me to say Happy Birthday. Steven was super friendly and accommodating. He was thorough and efficient. I also like Marlin in finance, hes a great salesman and he was exceptional in getting financing fro me. over all I enjoyed my experience and would recommend all people mentioned above and the dealership to anyone!

Steve was very accomodating and zeroed in on my specific needs for a new auto. We have been talking for months off and on.

He really is terrific, very focused, attentive and always cordial! He worked very hard to find a vehicle for me. During the test drives he reviewed with me all of the nuances of the X1. The delivery and exchang of the cars was well coordinated and made very easy for me as a businessman. He took his time and and assisted me with programing the new cell phone and Sirius radio including resolving the prepaid service and the new free service. In addition he reviewed the voice command feature with me, which I did not know existed! I was very pleased with him and he is an asset to your organization.

Steven Lee handled my purchase and has gone above and beyond in rendering service. He has made every aspect of the transaction a pleasure. He even came to my home with me and reset my garage opener box in the ceiling of the garage so that the opener in the X3 would work. This is by far not the first car purchase for me but it has surely been the best and most enjoyable. I would recommend Braman and Steven Lee to anyone interested in a BMW.

Marlin Randle handled the actual purchase paperwork for our purchase. What a sweetheart he is ! What could be tedious was not because it was handled so quickly and pofessionally. I highly recommend this dealership and both Marlin and Steven Lee.

Braman has been servicing my car in Jupiter for some years and it was finally time to look for a new car for my wife and I.
