am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received on the last service While Danny was kind, I waited over three hours for my vehicle, checking in at 1:45 PM and not leaving until 4 service I received on the last service While Danny was kind, I waited over three hours for my vehicle, checking in at 1:45 PM and not leaving until 4:30 PM. Furthermore, I encountered several safety and service issues: - A video of the service was not provided as expected. - The tire cap was left off by the mechanic. This is a significant safety hazard; had I driven on the highway without noticing, the tire could have lost pressure, risking my life and the vehicle's stability. - I discovered that my spare tire tools are missing from the car. It appears they were taken during a previous visit, leaving me unable to change a tire in an emergency. This experience has been very disappointing and has made me hesitant to purchase another vehicle from your dealership. The lack of accountability regarding safety protocols and missing equipment is unacceptable. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these service failures. Best regards, More
