The dealership seems to be understaffed. An oil change should not take from drop off until closing with multiple client-initiated updates. Having shared that I needed my vehicle for school pickup, it would’ve been helpful to hear back that that timeline wouldn’t be possible.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Easy to schedule appointment. All work done well and car clean when completed.
