Excellent customer service. The staff is exceptional. Frankie is amazing. I have already made referrals to him after this sale.
The purchase was fairly easy. I have had an issue with the digital key. The instructions for using it are included in the online manual. He did not know how to set it up, and said he would follow up with me. There has been no follow up. I have also had other issues with the app.
