I stalled on getting a car given the hassles and pressure I experienced when I purchased a new car 15 years ago in another community with a different dealership. Fast forward to August 2025: the experience at Hansel was without stress, unhurried, unpressured, genuinely friendly but professional. The salesperson, Nick, knew his cars, answered my questions, listened to me, suggested questions I had not thought of, and I made my purchase he went the extra miles (literally) to pick up my trade-in after assisting me in moving my things into the new car. He gave me a helpful "quick start" tutorial and I was off. Two weeks later I had the formal lessons with Gary who also knew almost everything about the car, set up several of the tech settings, and walked me through the care and maintenance of the car. Every person I encountered at the dealership have been interested, engaged, and Subaru smart. Throughout my dealings, I have realized how a good and efficient and customer oriented shop can make purchasing a new car a complete delight.

We'd put off buy a new vehicle for nearly a year to avoid the usual hassle based upon past experiences. Our salesman, Adam LaFranchi, made the experience of buying our Crosstrek as smooth as any new or used car buying experience I've ever had. The rest of the staff was equally as helpful. The follow-up by Hansel Subaru has been unlike any dealer I've dealt with, including Hansel Toyota and Hansel Ford.
