As a Mercedes enthusiast for over 30 years, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Plano & sales rep Goson Li, who made it very easy for my family to purchase our dream car from out-of-state. Goson was very professional & consistently answered our questions in detail, without any sales pressure. He located the exact car/configuration we wanted, and provided interior & exterior videos of the actual car that was available. The purchasing process and delivery was incredibly speedy and seamless!
This review is for Connie Flores. I recently bought a new Mercedes SUV and she was my sales rep. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had purchased a car there before; however, the sales agent at that time was a wee bit arrogant and I did not want to repeat that process. Connie went out of her way to make sure I got the perfect car and to help with the process way after I purchased the vehicle. If you are buying a Mercedes, I would recommend Connie!
