Before I visited this dealership, I did research and found them to be highly recommended. When I met Benjamin Song, I realized why the Plano dealership had excellent customer reviews. My entire overall experience was professional, pleasant and far exceeded my expectations.
Had to wait about 10-15 minutes for service staff took my keys upon arrival. Otherwise, my service advisor Manny explained what was to happen and when car would be available.

Simple, respectful process. I would purchase here again. David Thompson was straightforward and personable during the sale. Tristan in finance made the funding fun and easy without the pitchy "buy these add-ons" feel. It was a beautiful day to buy at Mercedes of Plano.
