My buying experience with Saige was really first rate and enjoyable. Her enthusiasm made it clear she really believes in the cars she's selling, and she was able to explain features and benefits in detail. I was choosing between an XC-40 and XC-60, and she did a great job explaining the process pros and cons without showing bias in either direction, which I really appreciated. When I settled on the XC-40 Saige was instrumental in helping me locate one outside of Portland in the color I preferred, even sending a driver to Tacoma so I wouldn't have to wait for truck delivery. The hands on runthrough of features by Doug Galloway was also very thorough and professional. All in all, a great car buying experience.

Terrific buying experience with Doug Galloway & Herzog Meier. Turns out I met Doug many years ago and had bought another new Volvo from him. I was thrilled to find him still selling Volvos. He's professional, friendly but not pushy, and, first things first, asked what I was looking for! Doug found my new 2026 Volvo XC60 with the exact features, interior & color I wanted. It took a nationwide search but Doug kept on top of it, and made it happen. He kept in contact by phone, text, and email so I was always in the loop of the search. Processing paperwork was a breeze. Grayson did a wonderful job orienting us to the features and operation of our new car. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

We just came home with a pre-owned XC60 for our son's first car and the whole experience - from finding the car online to driving it home - was seamless. Huge thanks to Doug G. for his easy, friendly professionalism, and Andy, who wrapped up all the paperwork and talked monster trucks with our 7yo daughter while I signed. We've been stressed about getting a safe, clean, and fairly priced car for our soon-to-be driver and that's literally in the rearview now. We're definitely coming back for our next car!
