We always get great customer service from Dean, Steven and Mike. They are friendly, thorough and give great advice for what is best for our cars.
Larry Miller Toyota has always provided very good service to the 6 Toyotas we’ve taken there, 3 of which we bought from them.
The place is clean and I appreciate the Service Department Advisors that I have met. My Advisor is Parker and if he doesn't have an immediate answer for me he goes and gets one. I had a recall and they had the parts, they got me home and back again on their dime. Some dealerships get you home on their dime, but you must find a way or order your own ride. So far so good at Larry H Toyota and they gave me faith again in a dealership.
Scheduled appointments for recall service. Truck was quickly evaluated and repaired with a full report documenting the repairs.
Barry Barrett is the absolute best service professional I’ve ever worked with and I followed Barry to his current position at Larry Miller. He really takes care of his customers and always goes the extra mile. Please recognize him for his efforts!!
