I arrived at my appointment time. You took my car in at the schedule time I waited an hour, job was done

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 and I got a text message at 10 stating my inspection was good. I was told that my car was going to be available at 12:00 but it wasn't ready until 3:30. I told them that my drop dead time was 3:00 and I had to make arrangements for my child to be picked up because of the tardiness . The service rep said there was an issue with communication between techs. Not sure why a simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection took this long. Unacceptable from a management point of view

My Advisor, Timothy, got me in and out with precision. The only reservation I have is their phone system where the service department is concerned Please fix that this yr in 2026.

End of the year sales was busy. Overall working with Ahkbar and Alaa was super hassle free, smooth and ease of transaction purchasing my used vehicle while my Jeep was still in service.
