When I spoke with Margherita to make the appointment, she was very efficient, understood my needs and even when I was running late for the appointment, she still had me come in and quickly got the job completed.

Truck was in for an oil change, the technician forgot to reset the oil change indicator. Makes me wonder if everything else on the checklist was done. Like tires were listed at 36 psi but they weren’t at that.
A lot better than the last time. Roger was very apologetic for last weekend and got me out quickly.
