Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Jorge was very helpful and made everything easy. I appreciated how he kept us informed of what was going on.
Jermaine goes over and beyond his role as a service rep. He kept me informed and updated. Resolved my issue with my car and it was done in a timely manner. I tell anyone seating in the waiting room that he is the best person to deal with. Very knowledgeable about car repairs and makes you feel at ease.

Took a vehicle there for a warranty repair tail light that had water in it. Miss Bellamy was extremely helpful and had a very rapid turnaround for having the vehicle looked at and the repairs performed.
I came in for state inspection and Margherita was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Due to lunch, my second inspection took longer than expected. Margherita made it right.
