The service department was courteous and great! But the issue with my AIR BAGS Was Not complete! Now I have to return it in the morning and leave it that leaves me stranded without a vehicle. I think they should have rentals there for people like me.

Margarita was my service manager who went above and beyond providing me with excellent service on my 2013 Jeep Cherokee. She was patient, kind and most helpful in handling all concerns about my 4 wheel drive problem. When I went to pick up my Jeep upon completion- I found a large scratch on the right front bumper that was not there when I brought it in. Margarita took responsibility for the scratch happening while at the dealership and I appreciated her honesty greatly. Cleon then came out and inspected the scratch and took care of the problem immediately. He then offered to wash the Jeep and upon completion I was on my way in a clean, safe and reliable car once again. I thank all at Chrysler Jeep Dealership for their patience, helpfullness and honesty. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Everyone was very professional and nice. I will definitely recommend service to family and friends. They have awesome vehicles at reasonable prices and they worked very hard to help my son purchase his first vehicle. The sales rep was awesome!
