What Others Say

Quick stress free I like I didn't feel pressured and we worked out our deal very easit

I would like to express my gratitude and and thanks to Miss Margarita for being so courteous, and for the fine service that the dealership gave me she is an angel, and I will believe this is our calling because she knows how to treat customers in such a royal fashion

He was very knowledgeable about the car and even pointed out a recall I had no idea about. He carefully went over my warranty with me so I knew what I was fully covered for.

Kyan is so friendly! He remembers me as a customer and always has a smile on his face.

Oil change and tire plugged Oil change and tire plugged, was told one price for tire plug and it was almost double the price.

Here’s a clean, natural version you can use: ⸻ This was my first time at the dealership. I had a 9:30 appointment and didn’t get finished until 12:30. The reason given was that they were backed up. My sales representative was professional, courteous, and kept me updated the entire time—no issues there at all. The delay felt more like a leadership and process flow issue. I understand some things can’t be addressed until the vehicle is actually in the shop, but this seemed like a waste of time, TAT, and manpower. On top of that, I still need to go back just to have my oil life reset after the service. That said, I’m not going to let one experience determine my overall opinion. Shoutout to my sales rep for holding it down.
