We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service on our vehicles and the best communication with the service advisors. This last time although there was a slight miscommunication in the service department, Cleon Skinner the service manager quickly stepped up to resolve the issue. This great customer service is the reason we will always be a customer of Soutgern!

Very friendly didn't have a long wait to speak to someone My vehicle was checked in fast and we were offered a Lyft ride home and the repair work didn't take too long and we were provided with a Lyft ride back to the dealership to pick up our vehicle
I came in on Thursday to make an appointment for my two vehicles which was pretty easy, and got to make both appointments for Friday. My first appointment was at 11am. They checked me in and took my vehicle straight to the back. It wasn't long when my truck was ready and I was on my way. My second appointment was at 2pm and it went a little differently. At 3:15 I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot about my vehicle. Margherita sent a text and a minute later my other truck was headed to the back. By 3:45 she came and got me from the waiting room. Due to waiting so long, Margherita made it right. No, I didn't have anything planned for the day other than getting my vehicles inspected, but Margherita knew that I shouldn't have been waiting that long. Plus, the hot chocolate was pretty good. Merry Christmas to all associates of Southern Auto.
