I've been coming here to have my vehicles serviced for a few years. Most of the time, it's a nightmare. Communication is horrible, phones never work, I call and sit on hold with service repeatedly until I finally give up. For the first time, I felt like someone actually cared. Tim gave me his personal number from the get go, so reaching him would be easy, and quick. Thank you for going the extra mile, you should be running the dept. To whom it may concern, fix your phones, so people don't have to give out their personal numbers. Why has it even come to this?! That is all.
Very friendly, helpful, patient, and polite. Got everything fixed on our van. Worked with us in a very professional way.
