Holy smokes - these guys are the real deal. We were taken through the entire process of buying a new car with ease, two kids in two, and worked through so many details before even arriving. Our car was prepped and ready to go before we were even done talking business. If you've been disappointed at other dealerships, run here. Ask for Jimmy. You're welcome.
Valley Subaru has been amazing. So much so that we just bought our 3rd Subaru from them. They offer fantastic deals on their cars, VERY reasonable offers on trade ins, and the employess are all so nice and helpful. I've over 50 years old and have had my share of dealing with car dealerships. Valley Subaru is second to none! HIGHLY recommend!
Jack Truesdell was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I purchased my 2025 Outback Wilderness from him and he provided great customer service, answered all my questions, and was incredible to work with. Make sure to ask for him! Mayuran Arunachalam in finance was also incredible, I purchased an additional warranty through him. I would highly recommend it!
Just want to give an A+ shout out to Willie Boyd, our salesperson, who did a fantastic job. He was very informative and helpful, and made the entire process very streamlined, easy, and fun. Also want to acknowledge Dion the finance manager, who worked with us on our loan. The maintenance shop was also very helpful from a previous transaction with our other Subaru. All in all, this is a great dealership with a great staff. Thanks everyone!
I bopught my Subaru Outback from this establishment 20 years ago next month, July 2024. They bend over backwards to take care of you. After catching up with servicing, my car is in good shape. And, as a matter of fact, my Outback is the best car I have ever owned. From the time I bought my car at Valley Subaru, I was always treated well and felt that my car and I were well taken care of! Thank you Roger (General Manager), and those in charge of the service department, Jared and Chris!
I too had a good experience with Chris. For nearly 4 years they have done a great job taking care of all my service needs until recently. Chris was was not around and I had the unpleasantness of dealing with Jonathan. He insisted the coolant is just fine being at the LOW mark. They had just serviced my vehicle several days before - no leaks at all. My car was over heating, losing power and smelling like burnt rubber. There is even a Subaru video 39 seconds showing this should never be done. I spoke to two other Subaru service centers that said the coolant should not be this low. Hmmmmmmm...shame on you Jonathan. They lost a loyal customer.
