Our salesman was persistent and kept us informed as he worked on getting the car we wanted.
Shea is an exceptionally friendly knowledgeable salesman and very personal. He was kind enough to come out to my home after work late evening and fixed programming issue on my newly installed homelink system.
Quick, efficient and thorough describes the service I received at Carver today. The best part of it is that this is the norm and I experience this on every service visit. My advisor Stacey was fantastic and understands great communication and customer care. This is a well staffed facility with experienced pros who are great at what they do. It may sound odd but I actually look forward to my routine maintenance service visits at Carver who offer great fresh coffee in a spacious waiting room with TVs and WiFi. The friendly sales team is always nice and they make sure they say hello and acknowledge you as a valued customer of the dealership when they see you onsite.
