We had an STELLAR experience at Carver. Well worth the drive! Shea Fox made buying a new car such a pleasure! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and, once purchased, he sat in the car explaining all the bells and whistles and connected our phones for us before we left. I felt like Shea was genuinely honest, and respected our time, He definitely went above and beyond in all areas of the buying experience.

Service was done in a timely manner and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The only thing that prevents me from a 5 rating is 1. My radio fm station was changed. 😔. 2. The display in the center of the steering wheel was changed. Eco mode light now tells me it is unavailable??? Not sure why anynof these settings were changed…. So my rating is 4.5 Not sure of names of people I talked with but faces presented are not familiar.
