All employees are always polite and helpful with a clean facility. We've gone there for years.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Made the process easy. I do wish the "day at the spa for your car" (whatever it was called) wasnt pushed so heavily. First I was told that it comes with the car. Then I realized it is a $1500 purchase to come with the car. It came across as a free perk of buying with carver Toyota, but that was very misleading. I can detail and wax it myself. And im sure they bank on the idea that most people will only bring their vehicle in for the first appointment and then forget about every year after that.
Very pleased with our experience! Was expecting the typical hard time that I've experienced in the past at other places but it went smooth from start to finish. Our salesman Shea Fox was very helpful & would recommend to anyone that might be in the market for a vehicle at Carver Toyota.
