I had a great experience with Carlock Automotive! They were very upfront, respectful, knowledgeable, and provided numerous options for myself and my family! Furthermore, Bryant Phillips was such a great salesman! He was extremely genuine, upfront, and trustworthy. He was very sweet and knowledgeable as well. He made buying my first car such an easy-going, informed, and low pressure experience while also ensuring I knew everything he knew about the car. Overall, I would recommend both this Dealership and Bryant to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
They lacked communication skills, and didn’t even inform me of a defective windshield that they sold.
