I've bought my family vehicles here for approximately 10 years and keep coming back.
The only issue I was that I was mislead about the warranty cost. I thought it was included but found a 2600 charge on my financing contract.
I live in Bloomington and was hesitant to make the drive, but the moment I contacted this dealership about a vehicle I was interested in, I knew they were dedicated to making their customers happy and I was so pleased with the customer service and enthusiasm presented to me at every corner. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. So grateful to Shea for making it all happen!
