For once, upon arriving at a dealership to see the cars i didn't get hounded and attacked by sales people. I was able to walk around and see what i want and can afford with out anybody breathing down my neck and making small talk. Took pictures of stock numbers and met with Mr Charles the sales associate. Easy to talk to, this is where i need to be at monthly. He made it happen with his Manager Tom. Wife is happy with her Bronco Sport, i'm happy with the numbers. I'll go back when i'm ready to trade my truck for a newer one. Plantation Ford and Greico were aweful. Margate Ford nailed it. Paperwork was done and waiting, in and out in 30 minutes with finance.

Maria at AutoNation is awesome. I have had an issue for 2 years and she was the CSR that got to the bottom of it and it is fixed!
