Terrible experience. Lied about the vehicle, not great customer service. Told lender one price then said they messed up so we had to give them money on top of the lender check. Took over two months to get title to Illinois to legalize plates. And many other things
I had appointment at 1030, it was1 pm when they finished, for simple recall. The sales department kept calling me trying to sale me stuff , they talked me into and alignment , which I didn’t feel I needed, but they definitely wanted to get some money from me. 🤷♀️
Overall had a great experience, only thing I wish they would have done the recall on my vehicle before I bought it, that way I wouldn’t have to drive back in.
Director Amber Doll mocked a 3-time customer and Veteran. I have bought two vehicles from Andy Mohr Ford. Today I came in to buy my third. Instead of treating me with respect, the Sales Director (Amber Doll) handed me a proposal charging me Full MSRP and adding $1,100 in fake fees. Even worse, they offered me $11,000 for a truck they sold me for over $20,000 just 4 months ago. When I pointed out that offering 50% value on a truck they just retailed to me was insulting, and that they were about to lose a repeat customer, Amber told me she 'didn't need to be threatened.' She let a loyal customer and Veteran walk out the door over her own ego. If you want to be ripped off on your trade and treated like a nuisance, go see Amber. If you want respect, go literally anywhere else.
I posted a raving review a year ago when we purchased our new vehicle. Now, after taking the vehicle in for our Ziebart Gold Shield maintenance, I found out that it is not actually the Gold Shield rust protection, but an appearance package for the Diamond Paint protection. When I called my salesman and the finance resource about this, they were quick to ignore what they led my wife to believe and pointed to a flyer I initialed during the frenzy of paperwork. The itemized bill of sale says Ziebart Gold Shield, and the flyer I initialed said appearance package. Digging deeper into this, I find that the rust protection with the diamond paint protection is actually less expensive than the package I purchased with my vehicle (even though I was told it was discounted through the dealer). After having discussed this with the dealership, I didn't get a phone call, just an email saying they can't/won't do anything to make it right. No concern for customer satisfaction or a desire to create return clients.
Andy Mohr Ford has been my primary dealership since 1909. I have always relied on them to do an exceptional job on my trucks. They have always taken care of me in every way. They are great in every way!!!!
