What Others Say

They had my car 10 days drive it almost 75 miles and supposedly ran a diagnostic but couldn’t find anything there was no communication with me unless I called at one point someone told me they would need another $180 saying the guy needs to pay his bills if the first diagnosis didn’t show anything why would they do another one I will never go back to the dealership again the car basically sat in the parking lot all that time and I spoke to the service manager about what was going on she said she would see what she could do and never got back to me

Had a Raptor in Mohr service, truck had been stolen, damaged. They had it in their shop for over 3 months. Over 3 months. Ridiculous communication, unexplained delays, service manager in charge of truck finally quit/or was fired. Still very little help from Shelby York, Service Mgr. A request for General Manager Chris Huston, to contact us with any info, any update, an explanation, was ignored. Avoid this dealership for service.

I’ve always been a ford guy, when I got my first car it was a ford mustang, I’ve fallen in love with them ever since. The employees were very kind, were able to assist me and help me find the mustang I was looking for. Even when I couldn’t get a car I was originally wanting them still worked to find me one. I love my new car, and I’ll definitely come back for another purchase someday.

Service department: My newly purchase of a pre-certified vehicle that I had purchased got a check engine light a day after owning it. I scheduled my vehicle in to get a thorough diagnostic the advisor told me would be 72 hr diag timeframe, I dropped it off on march 28th and was told it would be ready by April 4th. I never received any follow up through the process or any communication from the advisor or technician. After 4 business days had past I called in the 2nd to see how my car was doing and when it would be ready exactly. An advisor gave me over to the tech that was working on my car who told me it was finished and ready to pickup. I headed over there and had to wait 20 minutes in front of the advisor guest desk to have someone help me. There were 4 advisors just on there computers as me and a few other people needed help. They seemed to ignore us and not want to help us. I was getting annoyed as I kept walking down the isle in front of the advisors booth to tell them I’m here just pick my car up, they looked at me and didn’t say anything and ignored me. I was baffled since I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I finally found my way to the billing department and got some help. But then I had to wait 15 more minutes to receive my vehicle. I will not be taking my vehicle back after the encounter as I felt was unprofessional and in organized and not welcoming.

Purchased a vehicle was told it was covered for 4000 miles. Engine light came on called was told ai would be given a loaner. Changed my day around to get it to the dealer drove over an hr there. Then found out nope no loaner. They finally tried to put me in a small car….. I had a six person vehicle that has clearance. How is a small 4 passenger car that is low to the ground. The potholes in on the country roads will swallow the car up. No thanks so glad I wasted time to drive up there and the fuel for nothing. And the sales person just laughed so glad it was funny and the finance guy that told me they would put me in the loaner refused to help.

Andy Mohr Ford 2713 E Main xx, Plainfield, IN 46168 Unfortunately, have not had an experience anywhere near what I have grown to expect from my favorite service techs. I was supposed to have my truck back within a couple of days for some brake fix warranty covered items. 15 weeks later, I’m asked to Come pick up my truck to find out now the turbo is going out on it which was nowhere near or ever an issue prior to the 15 weeks of it being on the lot. As you can understand if a truck sits that long or any vehicle goes without running the battery suffers. Which is exactly what is happening now to my truck battery I have been driving it and it is now not responding to the app and other electrical issues because the battery is in poor condition. Every other week I I reached out and did my due diligence to check on the progress of my truck. After the 15th week they realized how much money they were spending on the rental and all of a sudden it was imperative that I brought my truck back in to have it swapped out. Miraculously, the things that were not fixable within 15 weeks were fixed overnight, and I was rushed as if it were an emergency to change out vehicles. Now my battery and my engine are worse off than what they were prior to me dropping it off. The manager of the service department assured me they would do something to help me out two weeks ago. Called today. Left a message. Text message yesterday , no responses other than now you need an extended warranty to fix the battery issue that they caused. Absolutely unbelievable... At this rate I will never buy another Ford Product.
