This review is for the service department. Akin Dixon is awesome. He checks the service history and makes sure my vehicle is up to date with parts as needed. I appreciate his diligence and honesty and enjoy coming to the dealership for service because of him. Also appreciate his explanations of what's needed for my car.
Whenever I bring my car to Advantage Toyota I get excellent service. My car was in and out in great time. Everyone was so polite and helpful.

Mu car was taken care of. Every so often I need to make sure that I take the car to a dealership so that the hybrid systems can be taken care of. They also fixed other issues. My Prius is 10 years old and runs well.
I never received the key for my wheel locks, when calling in they say I need to come in "and they'll see what they could do". Judging off how long it took to close (and they're over an hour away from me, I'd have to take off a full day of work). (buying the car took almost 4 hours, much of it negotiating away fees added at the last second, and ad-ons / warranties)
Excellent work on my car and good communication with the advisor. Pick up my car was easy
