What Others Say

The service department was amazing. They had great customer service. They were quick and timely and the waiting area was very clean.

Tried to work with Jonah to purchase a car they had advertised online. He came back with an offer to try and make $7000+ on the trade in, a ridiculous interest rate and 84 month term on good credit, $580 to print paperwork, and $1300 to clean their car. When he was told it was not acceptable he then just quit communicating. When he finally did he just behaved like an immature childish thug. Steer clear of these unprofessional bottom feeders.

Worst experience ever. If you value your hard-earned money do NOT go here, they are thieves. My husband and I stopped in looking for a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited with a specific color combo, we were told that they had one coming in, but it was either still on a ship or at port, they were not sure. We put a deposit down to hold the car and was told it would be about 7 to 14 days. Well, that time passed, and we never heard from anyone. We had a vacation planned so we went on vacation for another week and still nothing. When we got home my husband called Chapman to inquire on the status of the car and whoever was on the other end of the phone said “oh, no one called you! Well apparently, the car you had a deposit on was damaged at port and we can’t sell it, so we moved your deposit over to a different car”. They knew this car was damaged and no one reached out to us to discuss options, our money was just moved to a different car, a 2024 that cost more than the 2023, a car that we knew nothing about and was still on a boat somewhere out in the ocean and they couldn’t tell us when it would be here. I don’t know about you, but we do our “homework” when buying a new car and we work hard for our money, so we don’t settle for something that’s not right for us. My husband asked for our deposit back only to be told “sorry no refunds” when my husband asked why he was told “you signed a form stating no refunds and we have to protect our company and sales guys” The car that we put our deposit on a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid was damaged it’s not like we just changed our minds and now we are being told “oh, you have until the end of the year to use your deposit on any other car on our lot” after this horrible experience why would I spend more money with this dealership our entire experience had been beyond horrible, most everyone we talked to at the dealership regarding this incident has been RUDE. They are thieves and obviously don’t care about the customer

I had the pleasure of working with Alan Robb to buy my new Hyundai Venue. It’s my first new car ever, and Alan was a joy to work with. He made me feel safe and welcome, he knew what he was talking about, and he got me a very fair deal.

I would rate a zero if I could! I've been talking to Reuben in sales since January. He assured me he would take care of me. I had planned on getting the car checked out at my mechanics the day I was considering purchasing it. We didn't finish before they closed. Reuben assured me the car had been inspected and was good to go. I went to my mechanic the next day to have it checked out. The oil was dirty, it needed new rear brake pads, rotors turned, an alignment, new set of tires due to the bad alignment, and the catalytic converter was welded in and hanging low. I spoke with Reuben about this and he said he didn't know what went on in the service part of things. I spoke with who I believe was the GM, Kevin. I had to shell out $1200 for tires, brake pads and rotors. The covered the alignment and the oil change. Kevin said to me, "You probably don't care, but I lost $3k on this car. I was in dire straights, needed a car, and trusted Reuben. Their bottom line was the sale. If you buy a used car from Bell Chapman Hyundai, GET IT CHECKED OUT! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Worst experience ever, after initial approval they gave me a car, week later they called me and said that there is a financing issue and that they need more money down and much higher payments. After I declined their proposal and returned car to them they wouldn't gave me my money down back, actually they deducted millage and cleaning fee. After calling day and day for my refund they decided just to ignore me. Horrible experience ever....
