Excellent buyer/seller relationship with Mr. Mitch Patlock. I alongside of my wife appreciated his no-nonsense, quick in-and-out car purchase process. We got exactly what we wanted without the hassle of having to waste time on unnecessary negotiations.

This morning I came in and picked up a new Mercedes GLS580. The vehicle is gorgeous, and it was all possible with the help of Joe S and the Ray Catena staff! I got a full detailed explanation of my vehicle so I was able to drive off the lot with comfortably!
