Once again, I have had the pleasure of working with Paula Gaillard. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Paula delivers the client experience with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She patiently answers all of my questions and guides me through the entire process without pressure. The process has never been anything short of seamless. Just purchased my Mercedes GLC from Ray Catena of Edison. It was a great experience. Everyone was very kind, courteous and helpful. Especially our sales person Tom Cola.
