Pleasantly satisfied with the cleanliness and appearance of the showroom interior and exterior. I noticed that they have an on-site cleaning staff roving to keep up tidiness and everything sparkling clean. Pleasurable and welcoming atmosphere.
We had a great experience with Jince and his father. Vince Sr helped us explore our options and when the vehicles we were interested in sold, Vince Jr scoured the dealerships on the east coast to find the perfect one for us. At no point in the process did we feel like either was hiding information from us or trying to trick us to get a bigger commission. Both seemed genuinely interested that we ended up in a vehicle we were happy in. End to end it was a pleasant dealership experience - relaxed, efficient, friendly and productive.
