What Others Say

Very helpful with my 2021. Also, I believe his name is Steve at the service department. Excellent service try to resolve any issue I had but all I came in was for a service very good dealership.

Horrible wait times for getting your vehicle repaired. They have had my vehicle atleast 4 weeks a year for the last 3 years while they do simple repairs. So many excuses that are just xx. Theres no supply chain issues in 2024. Shouldnt have to wait weeks for simple parts. You are buying a warranty, not a quality vehicle. Diagnostic is a fancy word for them holding your car for almost 2 weeks before they even look at it. Only will give you a rental car if the repair is under warranty which is always a fight. And thats after being without your vehicle for the minimum 2 weeks of "diagnostic." Do yourself a favor, buy a honda or toyota. These people dont even drive Kia's. Its a total joke!

We just bought a new Sorento there and the service was excellent. Our sales rep, Ray, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. He explained the differences between the trim packages and helped us choose the right vehicle for us. Sarah was very pleasant to work with completing all of the paperwork. he explained all of the features and differences between trim packages.

They had my car since 7/13/23 & finally got my car today, 8/15/23. We own a 2017 Kia Sportage. Not sure about everyone else but from the few other cars before me when they picked up there cars looked washed. Anyhow, my car came in since it died on the freeway when my fiancé drove it. We had it towed to this dealership since it was recommended from an auto shop. It was recommended that it needed a new engine and ABS recall and few other things. When the engine came in, it was the wrong one. Waited til the right engine came but suggested that it needed all new belts and hoses. Informed them the the radio hose was done a few months again. Anyhow it came up to $613 after the extended warranty and a rust ring on the leather seat that wasn’t there before. Do not come here and save yourself the headache. All the pictures posted on Yelp was not retouched any type of way except to protect our personal information. And they are not even BBB accredited, wished I knew before this experience.

Stay extra vigilant when car shopping, folks! I've been trying to help my retired mother purchase a car and it makes me angry to think that there are those out there who'd probably take advantage if I wasn't around. We were looking at a pre-owned 2017 Kia Niro and made an appointment to come test drive and check it out. The test drive went fine, and we were about to pull the trigger on the purchase. But for my own peace of mind (I fix and maintain our family cars), I ran a full scan with my BlueDriver OBD2 scan tool (highly recommended btw!!), not really expecting to find anything. Imagine my surprise when it came up with 2 or 3 codes related to the dual-clutch transmission! We brought this up with the service center, who claimed it was repaired. They claimed the codes were still present because the vehicle was not driven through its drive cycles since performing the repair in order to clear the codes (nevermind the fact that I had just returned from a test drive or that the "repair" was nearly a month ago according to CarFax). I pose this question: Is a car that is currently logging trouble codes truly considered fixed, fit and ready for sale? From a customer's perspective, they simply replaced a part without knowing if it truly fixed the problem. For anyone with ANY mechanical knowledge....anyone who has ever had to go through the headache of repairing a check engine light or trouble code, you'll know that the repair is not complete until the code/light goes away and stays away! If my scan tool can still pick up the trouble codes, then I don't consider the repair job finished. Wouldn't you, a potential customer, agree? When asked if they'd own up to any future issues relating to the trouble code if one were to purchase the vehicle, I was then advised to purchase a separate warranty. Laughable to me, as they couldn't even be bothered to address the trouble codes currently logged by the car BEFORE sale! As I continued to question them, the sales rep cut me off and conveniently and coincidentally claimed the vehicle was "sold" to an old gentleman in the lobby. Uh-huh. Sure thing, bub. In this day and age, go somewhere more honest to spend your hard-earned money.

Giving zero stars because One - i was cheated on invoice - I was told that I am getting billed for car price and taxes. I just checked car price and assumed taxes are calculated correctly. We made cash payment of 27.5k at 7:15 pm per sales manager words. Finance person met at 8:55 pm - 5 mins before closing dealership. She asked to sign everything blindly as cash payment was made - we we get back home and opened folded papers found $267 were charged to us for car theft device. This we never requested and agreed. Two - bought car was making noise at dealership - we reported to sales manager - he said it’s not an issue -assured he will take care of any issue if found later. After we bought car next day car making same noise - reported back to dealership- no one is interested is fixing it. Three - sales manager called me after I sent email on post purchase issues .. he assured he will work with finance and servic team and get back to me - 100 hours - 4 follow up no response from sales manager. Attaching my conversation email - masked email for privacy. Feeling cheated by these guys….
