Dealership uses deceptive practices and extremely unprofessional. Agreed on price, said they would add the military rebate offered by Kia corporate. Didn’t give me the final price breakdown and rushed me into the finance office only to find out the rebate isn’t in there and they added a platinum warranty I declined earlier. Issue was resolved at a later date. I thought that was the end of this interaction with this circus but get called days later by some employees attempting to be aggressive and ordering me to do their job for them because of their inability to read and comprehend information. They did not like when I matched their energy and reminded them I do not work for them and they hung up on me. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Overpriced on service and parts will not come back. They need to refund my money
Terrible location service , terrible front desk employees with negative attitude, I have visited multiple Kia service locations but the Covina Valley location tend to charge the highest pricing , this location should not exist . Unhelpful staffing , disrespectful very long waits , such a waste of time and disappointing . I will not service my vehicle here again .
I took in my 9 year old Kia Forte to this location after it began to demonstrate concerning behavior when driving. When driving my car, it would change gears on its own and sputter and downshift to a stop. When I took my car in to Kia Covina, they had it for over a month and claimed it was the spark plugs and a coil in the coil pack. I had them replace both parts they claimed were causing the issue, but three months later, the problem happened again. They then claimed it was the fuel injector. I had them replace the parts again for my car to not turn on two weeks later. They couldn't find the problem even after they were able to duplicate it and returned my Kia claiming that they may have "accidentally" fixed the problem when diagnosing and investing the car. My car is already on its 4th visit to Kia Covina and they are now claiming my car won't start because of an aftermarket alarm that they installed when I purchased my car. I’ve had to escalate this problem to the Service Manager, Oscar Najera, and after not much help, I had to open a claim with Kia Cusomer Care. It’s almost been a month from opening up a claim and the case manager hasn’t even called me yet. I’ve tried calling them and the phone continuously rings until it drops. This is disgusting behavior and I cannot fathom the idea of a dealer giving someone back an unreliable car and trying to blame the car owner for a part that Kia installed. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this dealership and Kia altogether. They will give you horrible customer service and will make it impossible to fix your car.
Very helpful with my 2021. Also, I believe his name is Steve at the service department. Excellent service try to resolve any issue I had but all I came in was for a service very good dealership.
