We have purchased a couple of vehicles, always recommended them to family and friends for their vehicle needs! However, this past purchase experience has been like no other! My son purchased a new to him vehicle on August the 29th. Broke down on September 24th. Been in the shop a couple times before going in on November 21, where it has been since. Totaling 6 weeks! This week, we told we would be responsible for $139 an hour diagnostic fee until problem was found. After that it could be under our warranty or not as they are unsure as to what the problem may be. They encouraged him to trade it. I respect this as vehicles do have problems and I am sure the mechanics were knowledgeable and doing what they could. My problem is the way we told several times by management they would call us back and never did! I do understand how the value drops as soon as you drive off the lot but this was unreal! We had to repay the processing fees also! He did not drive the vehicle more than 4 weeks during the time he owned it. The is heartbreaking as a hometown dealership! That is what I had like the most about the dealership was their loyalty to family and customers! Boy, was I wrong!
Do better floyd CDJR! The only good thing going for yall is Randall Tucker and lord knows he deserves better and more respect than that jerk finance manager Mr. Howe and his bestie “best salesman (lmbo)” Tyler HAGAN (can’t even keep a job for his uncle at Shelor Motor Mile) give him. Bless you Randall for being a genuine person that takes so much care in your customers. Thank you thank you Randall! Would someone like to explain to me what is the issue with financing here… obviously since David Wray left NO CARS are selling! Congratulations Mr. Howe on being a xxxxx and loosing business for the entire company. Salesman Randall Tucker went above and beyond for my parents like so many other clients that have worked with him, the leadership and values he shows is the only reason my family tried buying with you all! And what happened because Mr. Howe “fake owner” only wants to finance through his choice of lenders and nobody else. If your credit score is less than 740 he can’t help you. No he won’t help you is the issue. Maybe the true owners of this business need to look into the so called Store Manager and his ethics because he is going to run this store into the ground and that is sad for a small town! I hope and pray something is done soon. Our family told Randall that he needs to look into finding a new place of employment because the sales manager is going to ruin his career and any chance of growth. I really thought this place had better morals than what my family and some others have dealt with this week and last. Randall we wish you the best and hope you get out before Howe ruins your professional, caring, Knowledgeable, outgoing personality! Do better FLOYD CDJR…
I needed my 2004 Jeep inspected as my decal had ran out. I had the best experience. Everyone I came in contact with were helpful and kind.The Parts Manager Sean Heffron was was encouraging and I intend to go back again. Mary Ellen the Cashier was great.
I previously had not so great experiences here and did leave a review that told about it. However, I will say, my review was heard but this dealership and step were taken to resolve my issues here, I hope these steps are corrected for all buyers moving forward, I would like to say that Tyler, Bryan, David and Randall made me feel heard and helped me a great deal when I returned to this dealership and since they made me feel heard and welcomed I got to drive away with my (current) dream ride, a completely blacked out Durango RT. Sending a huge thank you to these guys!
Very friendly people at this Dealer ship. the Service Awesome. And Great sales people. I recommend Going there for your service. And you are thinking about a new vehicle stop by there in Floyd Virginia.
Poor service in the sales side. First visited this lot to see a chicle I found online and it was “on hold” then was pressure to look at others. The salesperson had to get their sales manager to “meet” me before I left to lot (I assume since I refused to test drive anything) who also pressured me to drive something. I had only been gone from the lot for 7 minutes when they were calling me with another idea. I returned to the lot to see a chenille that was listed on their site where the sales person said “oh that just got here today” to which I said “great I want to see it”. He asked me to wait while he went and spoke to someone else. When he returned he informed me that the particular vehicle was already claimed as a demo by someone who would “probably buy it”. These folks are not about their customers in any way shape or form from what I can tell. If you want to be harassed, not heard and pressured then by all means come here, however if you want to see the car you find online, go somewhere else.
