I guess there’s always a “bad apple” in every place, but every single person after that one has made up entirely for them. Robert Brock in service was the best person to deal with, Mary, cooking the food in the waiting room was close to an angel, and Paul the GM took care of me without hesitation. Vida handled everything for me and got me out quickly. I’m happy with going there and will return, for I know everything I need will be handled and taken care of.

Leased a car from Coulter after my mom bought from them earlier this year and honestly, it was one of the easiest car experiences I’ve had. I was in and out pretty quickly, and there was no pushy sales vibe at all, which I appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was straightforward and helpful. Don't think we could have been more pleased with the purchase process of our new XT4. Joseph handled all aspects of the purchase process except closing paperwork and that went smoother than expected. Finance managers can be tough, but we didn't experience that. If we are ever looking to purchase again, we'll shop Coulter first. Thanks for "making our Day"

Everybody we talked to at the dealership was professional and helpful. Our salesman, Joe Augusta, is a very nice, polite individual with charm and class. Unlike the tactics I have experienced at other dealerships, he never tried to push us into anything nor did Will in finance. Kudos to this truly class act dealership. It reminds of those golden days of yesteryear when people treated each other with respect. I cannot imagine ever going to any other dealership to purchase an automobile.
