My wife & I recently (1 week ago) purchased a new Cadillac CT 4-V from Coulter Cadillac- Phoenix. As a new car purchase it was an exceptionally easy and good experience. I encourage anyone considering a new Cadillac in their future to read my Coulter Google Review as an honest experience you can depend on. We were again down in the Valley this weekend for my wife’s birthday and stopped by Coulter Cadillac Phoenix to ask (again) a couple of questions regarding which button/toggle does what. Even after a week we were greeted by name as we entered, and our Salesman, Andrew Emerson, actually took 1-1/2 hrs to sit in the car with us rehashing all the many operational details. This after having done it a week prior. This additional time that Andrew took with us I refer to as “value added service”, and we are very grateful that Coulter places this value on their post sales & customer care. I believe this kind of service to be built into the “Coulter Culture.” Coulter Cadillac Phoenix…most highly recommended.
