We received excellent service from Mark Owens and Will Lane. Great reps of the Coulter dealership . We purchased a Canyon Denali and were so pleased with the entire experience.

Andrew is the best! Not only was Andrew approachable, he was also professional, very patient, kind and went over all options with us.
We have bought 3 cars in a row from Coulter. Mark Owens on the GMC lot was super relaxed and it was a low pressure environment. We found a fair deal with little back and forth. Our most recent purchase was a used Audi that was in great condition. I later found out that the tires had some dry rot on the interior side that was hard to see unless you were at a tire store. I told Coulter about it and they reimbursed me for the two tires that had some issues. Buying a used car is never perfect, but if the dealer is trustworthy and committed to making it right, it makes it a lot better experience.
