This is my 14th vehicle purchased from Coulter since 1998. The reason I keep coming back is their quality cars, excellent service, and the best, most knowledgeable and professional sales person I've ever worked with!
My salesperson, Joe Augusta, was amazing! I appreciated his help. My interaction with the service department for the wheel repair was very positive.
I was looking for a ct4v blackwing, and could not find one in my budget in California. I had to work with Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix to get an AMAZING deal. They blew the out the competition in terms of pricing, and made everything effortless. On top of that after purchasing the car they even put ceramic coating to protect my car. AWESOME! Sure pleased with my new Cadillac XT6 and the really positive experience I had with all involved with the purchase process at Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix. Briefly, live in southern California and found my new car on Coulter’s website. I planned to trade-in previous car so had concerns regarding the trade process and transaction with a dealer 250 miles away. Sent message to Coulter through their site, had a response within an hour from Joe Augusta in sales. The purchase outcome was outstanding - I’m happy. Sales-Joe and others insured I got a very fair deal and the process was transparent, informative and sure created a high degree of trust with me. Would recommend Coulter without hesitation.
Although the car buying process is less than a desirable activity, our experience with Dave Grossman and the team at Coulter was truly seamless, friendly, and most importantly honest. It's not often I complete reviews for anything, but given my interaction with Dave and even the short visit with Wes, I would highly recommend this team.
