Everything was completed that I requested, and in a timely manor, and car was washed.
2nd car purchased from Sutliff and we'll be back. Sales person Todd took his time with me on the test drive, Alison was super responsive with calls and questions and Mike, sales manager had our car delivered to us when he out we were having trouble with pickup arrangements. Thank you!
