Can not offer everyone financing like the big name dealerships can. They advertise as they can but, the availability is not thier.

I drove from Columbus to look at a 2020 Civic Si that was originally listed at 34,000 a month ago and was now listed at 31,000 these are rough but close guesses. My consultant who was very nice brings out an offer with the car listed at $34k and not 31k that was listed on their website. I called the used car manager out on it to the consultant and said why is he trying to rip me off. I never spoke to the used car manager (David Allen) had he came out and BS me that it was an honest mistake I may have listened and try and strike a deal. Instead I end up dealing with two consultants trying to talk me into a deal. Once he didn’t come out to talk to me I was done. All I am saying is stay on your toes. I can’t say they’re all shady but the used car manager is definitely in this circumstance. It was a wasted trip but one I’ll never make again.
