Clean, efficient and professional yet friendly. Carissa Soto is a great service advisor who listens to customer and deals with all issues.
This is zero to do with the dealership and quite honestly it’s for Sheldon in particular. I’ve had to deal with the dealer over the phone this week and I didn’t enjoy it. I also saw the person who read it me when I pulled in was not friendly or personable nor in my mindset presentable. Sheldon had to come in and refocus my energy and he got me in and out, and I appreciate it.
Recently Anthony Grant provided outstanding customer service with our primary family car. He is always honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our family was again completely satisfied with our service experience. We continue to recommend Kia on Atlantic to our family and friends.
Anthony is always right on top of things. He keeps me informed of every step with ny csr.
Came in for an oil change and Sheldon Smith was my service provider. He was very nice, kept me updated and explained everything well during check out.
Everything was great. I arrived before my appointment, but they accepted it and said they'd make it look its best. I picked it up as promised, promptly, and with top-notch service.
