I moved to the area a couple years ago and had two VERY bad service experiences with my local Kia dealership. I would expect the mechanics to be knowledgeable and professionals. I had to take in my vehicle back again, due to there lack of training-knowledge. I started taking my car to my husbands Chevy dealership just to get a good mechanic. Recently I passed by Kia on Atlantic and my 2025 Telluride was due for routine service so I decided to give them a try. Best decision I could have made. From the start I was greeted with a smile and everyone was very friendly. Everything is top notch, they send you a video of when your vehicle is being looked at (that was my favorite part) and a very comfortable waiting area to do your work. Michael Marlyne was my rep from start to finish, he was very curious and explained everything in detail. Kia on Atlantic has restored my confidence, with Kia service and mechanics! The other local Kia dealerships should try to pursue the same level of care. Hands down if I could give 10 stars I would!
Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotate/balance. Got in a few minutes late, due to getting lost. But Carisa greeted me promptly and professionally, confirmed the services I was there for, and showed me to the waiting area. The service was done quickly, and satisfactorily, which is why I always bring my vehicle here for service.
