My daughter and I drove her Kia Soul down to Jacksonville from Athens to see family for Easter. Her brakes were making a terrible grinding noise. On the way down, I called Southside Kia and spoke with Sheldon Smith, who said I could bring the car in Saturday morning and they would have it ready for me by close at 5. The car needed brake pads, front rotors and several other things, but it was ready for us, and at a fair price! My daughter was able to drive back to college safely on Sunday.
