Been here a number of times always a pretty good experience. Last visit was good except for after booking an appointment I had to sit and wait a bit to actual confirm the reason for the appointment with a service rep. After that matter was finally addressed it was smooth sailing while I sat and waited for the service which didn't actually take long.
Great service and good communication. Got there on time ....speedy input for the service and timely feedback from the team.
Regarding Ms. Anissa Thomas: First impressions are always important because they often set the stage either for success or failure in various areas in life. This was our very first meeting on April 1, 2026 with Ms. Anissa Thomas, and we are SURE that it will NOT be our last meeting with her. During this meeting we had the opportunity to learn more about one Honda vehicle that we are interested in. The following is what we liked about our meeting with Ms. Thomas: (1) Ms. Thomas does her best to try to UNDERSTAND what you are looking for in a vehicle, and this is exceptionally important because IF you do NOT understand your customer and his or her needs then you cannot understand what vehicle would best serve that customer. Second, Ms. Thomas does this job not only because she likes money (i.e., ALL of us like money) but also because she likes to help her customers understand what they REALLY need in a vehicle. Ms. Thomas is a NATURAL for this job, and she approaches her work SERIOUSLY and at the same time appears to us to be AUTHENTIC in terms of her care for her customers. Another quality that Ms. Thomas has which I saw a glimpse of today is her SINCERE desire to make sure that her customer THINKS THROUGH what she or he REALLY wants in a vehicle. In essence, we customers may have our ideas about what we THINK that we need based upon our driving experiences, our vehicle research, etc., but by the time that Ms. Thomas gets through working with you as her customer you will KNOW not only what you need but also what you want. It is after 4 am and I have not yet finished my work, so I will close for now. I just thought that it would be good to provide my family's initial impression of Ms. Thomas. Ms. Thomas has excellent business manners, is articulate, is highly intelligent in a non-snobbish way (which is how it should be), and overall is an exceptional image of what a vehicle salesperson should be. At the same time, this vehicle sales industry is a difficult business to be in, and there is NOT EVER "too much" of ethics in this business (or in any other business for that matter).
