I'm quite happy. Work was completed below the estimate and before expected. And a loner was available despite an appointment glitch. A couple glitches in communication. I made an appointment that was lost or not committed so showed up as a walk in. In addition to the catalytic converter repair I asked for regular servicing which was completed and checking why the rear window defroster wasn't working which was not communicated to the service ticket.
