Very rude service guy. Guy with curly hair. He seemed frustrated and angry and clearly didn’t have good customer service.
The service appointment was on time. They completed it early. The service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.!
I had to walk across the bay of cars to get to the person telling me my car is ready and then I was told by Daniel to go home and he will email my paperwork to me. That is far from first rate service or even second rate. I told him I would wait while he finished it and printed me a copy. Plus I was aadvised that I would not be able to use the 2 oil changes left on my package I urchased because it ended in 5 months. I did not know there was a 2 yr limit on using 5 oil changes. I am 81 and drive less than 5000 a year so I should not have been sold this package. When this place was Maagic Toyota the service was at a much higher standard.
Khing is terrific and has been helping us for as long as I can remember. But this time my simple oil change was assigned to Daniel then Bob. I brought the car in at 3:10 for a 3:15 appointment. The car was not ready until 5:30. They forgot to replace wiper blades I requested. The first maintenance checklist was completely wrong. The label for the next oil change showed the current mileage instead of mileage for next oil change. They left paper and plastic protectors in the car. This was a very underwhelming experience - do different from usual.
We always look forward to seeing Khing. He is so good at explainimg things and always gives us great advice. Can't imagine working with anyone else👍
I always receive great maintenance service at Swickard and that's why I return to get my car serviced there.
