All the employees seem to be trained no matter who you talk with. Very professional. They know their role. I get satisfactory answers They seem to care about the customer. I am impressed with the Toyota organization, especially after going to Ford of Kirkland for decades. :)
Swickard Toyota has a great service department with excellent technicians and service representatives which always explain neede services and costs.
The service at Swickard has always been very good. At my last appointment, Brooke, the service rep, was very helpful
Thom Klein in the service department is top notch! He’s attentive, knowledgeable, truly cares, and is the best service provider I’ve ever encountered at any dealership.
He explained to you about what is the problem with the car and what he is doing for you to understand about it.
