I take my vehicle here as part of the standard Toyota care maintenance plan but have not been impressed with their service. It takes 1.5 hours to rotate tires and perform standard safety checks, even if you schedule an appointment even in advance. Anyone with basic auto knowledge could do this faster at home. On top of that, communication is poor. I requested that the scheduler add instructions to check and top off my power steering fluid because it is on the low mark. But this was never notated in the chart or followed up on. The tires are always over-inflated every time I take it in as well. My three experiences with them have been similar and all deserving of a below average rating.

Pls clarify. Are u talking about the sales or service department of the dealership? I only worked with sales and was very satisfied working with Carlos. It would help the customer to know up front if the car he/she is looking to buy is Pre-certified or not. And any added new extended warranty needs to be explained during the purchase discussions. And have u thought of having someone at the dealership help the buyer review all the gadgets on their new purchase? For example help set up iPhone set up, etc. Just a thought making you a FULL SERVICE Dealership. Thx.

King Le answered all my questions on my car. I like it that Swickard vacuum the car floors. The service time was reasonable and I got in and out. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle and I was a happy person. Thanks King.
