What Others Say

Im a repeat customer and got another great vehicle and great work from my trusted sales man Alex McDonald. I see Alex at Metro Ford for all my vehicle needs everytime

I had a good feeling when I met my sales person Alex and it was smooth process from start to finish. He made my purchase informative, comfortable and stress free. He helped us make a great decision

The salesman Alex McDonald was super fantastic and made my transition from a Mach-E to an F-150 Lightning seamless. He listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and delivered great service from start to finish.

We recently purchased 3 F150 trucks through Alex McDonald. The process was smooth, professional and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service , a seamless buying experience to check Alex out.

Came looking for a mustang but wasn't sure if I could get approved but Alex McDonald did great work and made it happen for me. I appreciate all the efforts by the team

Metro Ford, service advisors who answer the phone are very rude. My company had has 20 commercial F350 trucks all new from 2023 to 2025; so that's a lot of business your dealership could lose. I called regarding a F350 XLT STX truck; the driver's seat base is dipping on the left side towards the door and has uneven seating. I called yesterday - 6/19/25 about this and was told to bring the vehicle to the dealership and they could take care of the issue, snap a few pics to send to Ford warranty, it would not take long. So I took the truck down there to your dealership, but a service advisor told me that I needed to drop the truck off and leave it for 2 days... what? Just to look at the seat base and take a few pics to submit to ford warranty. Ridiculous expectations by your dealership service advisors.
