My experience at Metro Ford is one that I won’t forget. From the moment I walked in I was received with a very welcoming approach and everyone was very polite. Adolfo Mena in sales and Ricardo in financing were both amazing. They weren’t there to just sell me a car, but they did everything they could’ve possibly done in order to make me comfortable, happy, confident, and even stayed til late to ensure I left with the best deal that suited me all in a very smooth manner. Seeing them go the extra mile for me really earned them my trust. They were exceptionally professional in their job and above that, really genuine, kind people. I certainly recommend this place if you are looking for a smooth, well rounded experience with people who see the person before the customer.
