HILINE includes a COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA VEHICLE EMISSIONS INSPECTION REPORT & A THIRD PARTY INDEPENDENT MECHANICAL INSPECTION REPORT with every vehicle sold. ALL OF OUR CARS ARE SOLD IN ACCORDANCE TO THE BUYERS GUIDE WHICH IS PRESENT & VISIBLE IN ALL VEHICLES. MOST CARS COME WITH THE REMAINDER OF FACTORY WARRANTY OR 3 MONTH WARRANTY USEABLE AT FRANCHISE STORES. PLEASE READ DISCLOSURE SECTION. Three documents will accompany every vehicle sold.
