Midway Auto Group vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability. We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, pricing, and mileage; however, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without notice. Vehicle history reports (CARFAX/AutoCheck) are available for every vehicle and disclose known structural, frame, and accident history as reported to the provider. It is the customer's responsibility to request, review, and inspect the vehicle history report and the vehicle itself — including an independent pre-purchase inspection — prior to purchase. We make no representations beyond what is disclosed in the vehicle history report. Unless stated in writing on the Buyer's Guide or a separate warranty document, all vehicles are sold "AS IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY," with no express or implied warranty of condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have inspected the vehicle, reviewed available history documentation, and had the opportunity to ask questions prior to sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after sale, except as required by law. Listed prices include the dealer documentation fee. Prices exclude tax, title, license (TTL) fees, shipping/delivery charges, and any customer-requested products or accessories. See dealer for full details. Midway Auto Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a vehicle, except as required by law.
