Low, low mileage coupled with an exacting maintenance program make this vehicle a rare find.This Arctic White smart is clean and shiny exterior makes it look like it came straight from the factory.More information about the 2016 smart fortwo:The Smart Fortwo is a pure city car, competing with the likes of the Scion IQ and to a lesser degree, the bigger Fiat 500. Starting at under $15,000, the smart Fortwo is one of the least expensive cars available in the U.S. It is also one of the easiest cars to live with for those living in a big city.
