It doesn't increase the V6's published peak horsepower rating, but it can provide up to 90 lb-ft of supplemental launch torque, improving initial acceleration and making power delivery feel stronger and smoother from a stop. It also improves the operation of the automatic start/stop system. The Willys Package gives this Wrangler a tougher factory appearance and useful off-road upgrades without going all the way to a Rubicon.
