2022 RAM 3500 LIMITED NIGHT MEGA CAB RARE SRW MEGA CAB 420-HP HO CUMMINS AISIN CARLI PINTOP KING 37s 67,484 Miles There are plenty of Ram 2500s. There are plenty of Ram 3500 duallys. There are even plenty of Cummins-powered Mega Cabs. This is not the typical one. This 2022 Ram 3500 Limited Night Edition combines several of the most desirable Ram Heavy Duty configurations into one exceptionally hard-to-find truck: 3500. Mega Cab. Single rear wheel. Limited. Night Edition. High Output Cummins. Aisin transmission. That combination is what separates this truck before you ever crawl underneath it and see the Carli suspension. The truck was ordered from the factory with an original MSRP of $92,705 and equipped with Ram's premium 6.7L High Output Cummins Turbo Diesel, the heavy-duty Aisin AS69RC 6-speed automatic transmission, Limited trim, Night Edition, Safety Group, Towing Technology Group, Cold Weather Group, Snow Chief Group, power sunroof and an extensive list of luxury and driver-assistance equipment. Then somebody spent serious money underneath it. This is a properly built Carli Pintop / King suspension truck sitting on brand-new 37s not a spacer lift, not a budget leveling kit and not a collection of random suspension components. WHY THIS 3500 MEGA CAB IS DIFFERENT For 2022, Ram offered two different versions of the 6.7L Cummins in its Heavy Duty pickup lineup. The standard-output Cummins produced 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque and was paired with Ram's 68RFE automatic. The High Output Cummins in this truck was the top diesel powertrain and produced: 420 horsepower 1,075 lb-ft of torque And most importantly, it was paired with the Aisin AS69RC heavy-duty 6-speed automatic transmission. That distinction is significant. The High Output/Aisin combination was Ram's premium heavy-duty diesel drivetrain and was reserved for the 3500 platform. It was the setup designed around the highest-output Cummins calibration and Ram's most serious towing applications. That drivetrain is much more commonly associated in the marketplace with long-bed and dual-rear-wheel 3500s. Finding it in a single-rear-wheel Mega Cab, and then finding that truck as a Limited Night Edition, makes this a particularly desirable configuration for somebody who wants serious drivetrain capability without driving a dually every day.
