Made a good deal to get a lot of things done, left my car with them and got a rental car. The next day picked it up and realized the day afterwards that a new horrible scraping sound was now occurring. Left a message, text, and spoke with someone to try to get it resolved as soon as possible, but didn't get any response that day, which did leave a bad taste in my mouth. The next day, my father was able to take it in while I was at work, and it was fixed.
