I have a Mazda with a 10 yr warranty. My Mazda started having trouble a few days ago. The chech engine light came on and the car wouldn't go faster than 20 miles an hour and seemed like it was having a lot of trouble. I called the roadside assistance number for my warranty. The lady was super nice and told me that my car would be towed to the nearest Mazda Dealership, which was Brian Bemis.I called ahead to let them know the car was on its way and why. They took my information and was ready when I showed up with my car. I just had to give them my keys and they took care of everything. I got a call a little while later saying I had fuel in my oil. Which can happen when the weather is so cold and the car hasn't been warmed up. They changed my oil and filter. As well as flushing the engine. My car drives wonderfully again. I though they were very reasonably priced. They also checked my brakes, tire tread and inflation, all the lights and signals, and washed my car for free. I was very impressed. My service tech was Mark. I also want to acknowledge Courtney who was there when I dropped my car off and remembered me and my car when I picked it up. All I can say is excellent service and associates. I will be back!!!!!
