Audi Naperville

I bought my audi from this dealer CPO'd. They said they did a full inspection on the car and it passed all the tests that they do and it had a clean carfax. Turns out that the car had been in an accident. Seems like it had been taken care of without getting insurance involved. The bumper was glued on because whoever tried to repair the car either broke the connectors or the accident ripped the bumper off. When bringing this issue up the dealership was unwilling to help and said that they were no aware of anything and it was CPO'd so I shouldn't worry about anything cause the warranty would take care of anything. Not something I wanted to hear. This is the only dealership I would service my car at. STAY AWAY FROM SCHAUMBURG AUDI. Please ask for Shannon as she is who I deal with for any work. She is very helpful, had very good knowledge of the cars and is timely and understandable. I and pretty up to date with the car as I browse forums and research a lot and coming there with this knowledge she never belittled me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Very had to come by people like this at luxury car dealers. I would recommend going there for any service if your not too worried about the dealer rate.
