Failed to disclose crucial parts that needed replacement when purchased including the battery, the timing kit, brakes, rotors and the entire exhaust system (which was completely rusted through). The "brand new top of the line" (their words, not mine) didn't;t even last 5 years. What is even more pathetic is that in 6 years, I didn't even put 40k miles on it, never missed an oil change and kept in a garage when not in use to protect to from bad weather. So much for, "top of the line" Let me guess, the "guaranteed lifetime warrantee on the exhaust system was a complete lies as well? Utterly failed to diagnose the scraping/knocking noise the car makes that was reported to them nearly on day one, which they have repeatedly denied even though one of their own mechanics listed it on the receipt for my very first oil change. It still makes the noise 6 years later (lots of witnesses) and they still refuse to take accountability for it. Then for some unknown reason, the dealership calls and mocks me about it and when I confronted the associate it about it, he disconnected the call. The manager refused to come to the phone blaming it on an alleged, "AI system" that for some reason answers as Pam, doesn't identify itself as an answering service and is sentient enough to giggle when a customer is frustrated and can't seem to recognize when a call is urgent and transfers to random voicemails (10 times!) without a single employee answering any of them. The manager never called back despite all the urgent messages and then claimed to be the victim because I expressed my frustration at their lack service and extreme lack of accountability. Months later, they STILL show no remorse and still refuse to offer no solutions or take any accountability. I want my money back for this of junk and the money from the repairs I was forced to pay due to their failure to disclose. I will take the money and purchase from a competitor. A person can't get much worse service than this. It looks like I'll be seeing their big GM bosses in court due to this dealership's complete and utter failure in both sales and service. BUYER BEWARE!!!
