John was amazing. Right from the get go he provided a unique experience I don't think I've ever seen from car dealership. His (as well as the rest of the staff) attention to detail throughout the entire process guided me into the car I drive today. I left the dealership feeling like I made a great deal, which at the end of the day is all that matters.
