This cadillac dealership and service manager Jim is a disgrace. Have taken Escalade for numerous warranty issues, and now they start with making you sign a paper that you agreed to pay a 129.99 diagnoses fee if the problem that they end up finding is not covered under warranty. What problem with a certified preowned vehicle with the transmission could possibly be not covered. Speakers in cadillac sound horrible in third row and they tell me they all sound like that. Now the warranty is almost up and they are doing this 129.99 fee in case what they find is not covered under warranty. Puddle in driver's side mat of a few inches happened before and took 3 tries for them to figure out what was leaking, now it came back and they want me to agree to pay fee as well in case it is not covered under warranty. Get someone that knows what they are doing to run the service department and knows how to speak to and handle customers before jim kills all your business. Stay away from FRED BEANS there overpriced service, and horrible customer service. They don't care how many times you had problems with a 5 year old cadillac they just want to try and tell you it is not covered under warranty so they can RIP you off!!!!
