At the purchase of my new Jeep they failed to register the Chrysler service contract that I paid for when I purchased the Jeep. When I did have to go in for service, they would not honor this service contract & fought me about it. I had to bring in all of my original sales receipts & contracts to prove that I did in fact purchase this contract. They very reluctantly agreed to give me what I paid for. Their service department is the very definition of dishonesty & incompetence. I have owned many different makes & models of new vehicles & have never ever seen such poor service. This is my first Chrysler product & I had high hopes, but I can honestly say that after my experiences at Mike Riehls Roseville Chrysler Jeep I will never ever own a Chrysler product again. I would highly advise anyone thinking to purchase a Chrysler product to think again. And never, go anywhere near with this dealership. If you do you will regret it. Consider yourself warned!!
