She seemed very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all our questions without reservation and seemed very sincere. Even inside the showroom everyone we meet was very friendly and welcoming. The entire process from the test drive to signing the paperwork was seamless. Patrice worked with us on replacing the tires on the vehicle which gave me a peace of mind. In a followup visit to have some maintenance work done, the service dept. treated us like we were very important to them and made sure we were happy with the work.
