I would like to have given this rating a higher one. But I brought the car in to have two recalls taken care of and what was estimated to be a two hour wait time turned into an all day exercise. They also didn’t call to notify me that it was going to run this long, so I had to deal with driving a loaner car overnight, and having to rearrange meetings around not having a car when I thought I would have one. So, the people I dealt with were wonderful, but their processes appear to be a little broken…
