This review reflects my current assessment of customer service experienced at Parkview BMW. To be honest, although I’ve loved the cars I’ve had, after many years of using this dealership I had intended to part ways at this point in time. Things went downhill quickly when my contact there was moved a while back to the downtown location. However, during what I thought would be my final visit to Parkview BMW, I encountered Wesley Schanzenbacher who assured me that my bad experiences would remain in the past. He also assigned Justin Binda, who was absolutely terrific, to assist me. When I came to pick up my new car, Wesley arranged for Ali Bisson to finalize the transaction, and it was a pleasure dealing with her as well. I would like to mention too that I’ve never experienced any problem with the service technicians working behind the scenes and also want to give credit to two unsung heroes whose names I don’t know. They are the receptionist on the main floor and the woman one checks in with when bringing in your car for servicing. Their positive attitudes and helpfulness are much appreciated. I would also like to thank Reg Quinn for providing me with some very special service...In conclusion, if you’re at Parkview BMW and dealing with Wesley Schanzenbacher and/or Justin Binda, you can’t go wrong!
