After my grandmother purchased her car, she has brought back regularly for service! Oil change and rotation! But in the last month, after multiple times of driving then getting towed there, supposedly running hot due to thermostat, then it was the hoses, and still not fixed! After taking Friday to be serviced once again, still running hot, was told “to bring back Monday!” This place is scam... especially for older ladies! Will never get my business and will publicly let everyone know how pathetic the mechanics and management are, guess it’s try this let her pay for it then after not fixing guessing at the problem!!!! Well, after overlooking the vehicle myself, it was the water pump!!!! Which I will be taking this as far as I can, until My Grandmother is refunded for the mechanics lack of knowledge of a vehicles cooling system! Thank you, GOD BLESS!
