Lenny Duval, is an exceptional employee. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, I have never had a car salesmen to be so knowledgeable about their product. Lenny has a positive outlook on life and his job. He made many suggestions to be what we can do to allow me to purchase a vehicle of my choice. What makes this emplyee so unique is that My initial contact was with his co-worker Chris. When I arrived at the dealership Chris was not there, so Lenny assisted me. I have previously worked in commission sales and to let you know the person who made the first contact is the one that gets credit for the sale. So in this case I was Chris's customer but I would had never known it because I was treated with respect and dignity and made me feel that I was appreciated for doing business there. Lenny took a lot of his quality time helping me to find a car to meet my needs whereas he could been helping one of his own customers. This is what I call team work. Keep up the good work.
