We looked at RV's for quite some time before going to Holman Motors and RV. Their prices were very competitive and we found a camper that met all of our needs at a good price. Our salesman was friendly and talkative, he kept reminding us that they sell 180 units a month on average but somewhat clueless about the products he represented. After the sale he didn't remember who we were and it took a while for him to rember us. The service department rep contacted me about picking up the RV and was very courteous at that time. Upon arrival I found the camper was not equipped with the options we had paid for nor was it detailed as promised , when I asked the rep he got defensive about the situation and was very rude, his comment was he had 100 customers as well as every other rep in service so how could he remember who was who. When I confronted the salesman he said they weren't supposed to talk to service, he wasn't willing to help. After waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes and treated like a imposition I left the lot and will not be going back.
