From sales, service, and finance, this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. We bought a vehicle, easy process, but a month and a half later, the transmission went out. Thank goodness we had an extended warranty, but getting it was like jumping through hoops. The initial salesman seemed as though he couldn't care less when we notified him that the vehicle was inoperable. We were then unable to get a hold of anyone to get a copy of our warranty contract-it was never mailed. We finally were able to get it emailed with Brennan's help on Friday evening. The warranty company was closed on the weekends of course, and it was expressed to Glenn's this was our sole vehicle w/ children we needed to get to school, so timeliness was of our utmost concern but disregarded. When we got a hold of the service department, they initially wanted us to pay for the tow to Eminence, a 2-hour drive, though we had a warranty. We didn't choose to use their service shop because the service manager, Monty, couldn't even give us a call back or come to the phone when he was aware I was on hold. We were advised the tow would be done "in the morning" on Friday, and I was unable to get a response as to why the inoperable vehicle was still in our driveway at 4pm that evening. Bobby in the service department seemed to be the ONLY person we encountered that was genuinely concerned. So, after a month and a half of owning the vehicle, our transmission went out-diagnosed by the service repair shop with reputable reviews. I emailed the GM of Glenn's requesting a call and left a voicemail stating I would like to speak to him prior to submitting this review, but in true Glenn Auto fashion, I've had no such luck. DO NOT BUY from this dealership, EVEN with a warranty that you'll have to beg to get access to. I'm just grateful my 3-month-old and 2 other school-age children weren't with me when I had to stop on the side of the expressway multiple times when the RPM was off the chart but not accelerating.
