This dealership is run very poorly. I purchased a Wrangler from them and had a scheduled delivery. I gave them a deposit on the incoming car in December of 2022, the car was due in the spring. I reached out to the salesperson in June as I had not heard anything. He said the cars were taking longer to come in but it should be soon. He then reaches out July 25 by text and tells me the car came in and they sold it to someone else. They had my deposit for over 7 months, sold the car out from under me, and not even a call from management. I am official done with Faulkner CDJR. More

Purchased a dodge ram 2500, used, and promised over and over that it was in great shape and safe - vehicle hadn't been run through their shop yet when we went to look at it. After putting $10,000 (yes - 10,0000), had to wait a month and a half to get. Fadt forward to now - 7 months later, less than 2500 miles we have put on it. Took four new tires and when driving after they were installed the vehicle was running a very hard and heavy took back to where we got the tires and they put on the lift. There was so much under the hood and the suspension system that they said should never have passed inspection. Repairs were made with used parts, or not even made. To the tune of $3,000 we had it repaired where we purchased the tires because it was not safe to drive until those repairs were made. Contacted Faulkner because of misrepresentation issues, the used car sales manager has yet to return our phone call after first speaking to me and then calling my husband. The regional manager has called once, promised to get back by the end of the week and that was four days ago and still no call back. I would advise to never ever ever go to this place. We are seeking legal advice because this is just ridiculous! More

He likes to tell you one thing and then say he never said it and gaslight you into thinking you're putting words into his mouth, even when I had the text message to prove what he said. Seriously avoid Faulkner "to be sure" they will screw you over. More
