Exercise extreme caution when dealing with their financial department. Our experience was a costly lesson in their unprofessionalism and incompetence. As many other reviews highlight, their customer financial department. Our experience was a costly lesson in their unprofessionalism and incompetence. As many other reviews highlight, their customer service is severely lacking. Specifically, their finance department, led by Fabio, made a critical error by writing a short payout check to Hyundai Finance. Despite multiple attempts to contact him to rectify his mistake, Fabio chose to ignore our messages, demonstrating a shocking level of negligence. His manager, General Manager Jose, proved equally unreachable, consistently 'unavailable' and unresponsive to our calls and messages. This blatant disregard for their admitted error forced us to take legal action to recover our losses. It's appalling that a dealership would create such an unnecessary financial mess and then refuse to act responsibly. Avoid this dealership if you value your time and money. More

I feel I was overcharged for simple oil change and tire rotation. I should have been informed of the additional labor cost. You can shear a sheep many times but only skin them once.
