I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, throttle body service, a PCV replacement, and an engine coolant flush/refill. The inspection revealed a cam follower cover oil leak and seepage from the valve cove service, a PCV replacement, and an engine coolant flush/refill. That I brought it in a little over two months previous specifically for a possible oil leak and was given a clean bill of health... I suppose the CFC leak and valve cover seepage could've happened within the aforementioned two month period, but the vehicle was only driven 189 miles so it's highly improbable. That's on Conley. So, $4,200 plus later, I look at the invoice and see that my original request for the throttle body service was NOT performed because the parts were "out of stock." The car was at the dealership for almost a week and a half. In today's world, one can order things on Amazon and have them delivered later that day. Allowing a customer to pay that type of bill and NOT completing the requested services... That's on Conley. The second reported inspection issue due to my complaint of a mushy brake pedal was dark brake fluid. I pointed out that the brake fluid was flushed/refilled BY CONLEY just last year! I wanted it corrected but honestly didn't expect to be charged additional for correcting a service that was already recently performed. Lastly, being charged almost $60 for a $17 license plate bulb is a bit of a slap in the face when the bill is north of four thousand dollars and you're a repeat customer. I'd love to give Conley a glowing review but not on this service. Btw, my engine coolant level in the reservoir is a touch low... Really?! UPDATE: The reservoir was ectually empty so I stopped by later that day and had some coolant added. More

I brought the car in because of jerky starts and poor AC function. I was told I needed a new transmission and $3950 in AC repairs. Subaru paid for the transmission. It did not solve the problem. My mechanic at home in PA solved the problem of my jerky starts. I needed new calipers. Right now I have very little reason to take my car to Conley again. More
